Q: What is the processing time of my order?
Ans: Please allow a minimum of 5 working days for processing of the order.

Q: What is the delivery time of my order?
Ans: The subject delivery time is usually around 1-4 weeks in almost all countries. The tracking code will be provided to you with order confirmation and shipping email which you can track online anywhere. Orders will be delivered to your home. In case you don’t receive your order and the tracking code says ‘delivered’, you can check your nearest post office.
